Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Our barn is in a large field on lot next to our home. Our rental area is upstairs which offers beautiful views of our field and the visiting deer. The eclectic decor is accumulated from years of activism. Our guest room and bathroom are newly renovated. It is a quiet and peaceful area near two state parks. We operate a mail order business in the downstairs area but will not be working while guests are staying with us.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
