The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

The main living area is open concept with a breakfast bar and space to relax (or do yoga, etc.). All appliances are modern (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher). The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has an on demand water heater. No steps to entry or inside make this a very accessible, level-in dwelling.
