I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Rapid City Black Hills Westside Home 2

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions are you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.

This cozy, one-bedroom apartment is near The Chapel in the Hills, Canyon Lake Park, and in the foothills of the Black Hills. It has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric frying pan and crock pot for minor meal preparation with breakfast nook and seating area. Also covered parking and additional space for a toy hauler. A private entrance means you can come and go as you please. Ask about long term rates from October thru April.

Our house is in an older neighborhood on the westside of town. Newly remodeled, with all new furniture, it's a family friendly home with all the furnishings. It's located minutes to the city bike path, Skyline hiking trails, Founders Park, Storybook Island, Jimmy Hilton swimming park, Sioux Park, close to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. Also 25 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and all the Black Hills has to offer.
