Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Enjoy the twin shower together or relax in the superking bed with pure wool duvet and pillows and relaxed, cosy pure linen. NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for two people to explore the surrounding area. Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age
