The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Mount Cottage is a luxury 2 bedroom cottage with superb private hot tub. Located in the heart of Henley in Arden a 5 minute walk to all pubs, restaurants and shops. Also on the doorstep is the beautiful Warwickshire countryside with numerous scenic walks. Within easy reach are historic Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa. Birmingham is also accessible via direct train from the village station a 5 minute walk away. Mount Cottage has off street parking and EV charge point.
