A charming small self-contained cottage on a quiet farm, located one mile from the market town of Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds. An ideal place to touch base if you are looking to escape to the countryside and explore what this picturesque area has to offer. Chipping Norton has great transport links with regular bus services to Woodstock, Oxford, Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon. There are train stations in two nearby villages, Kingham and Charlbury, both with direct train links to London.

The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. We are located a mile from Stratford Upon Avon town centre, it is a 20 min stroll either by road or along the River Avon. A 5 min walk to the racecourse. The annex comprises of a bathroom with shower and bath, a bedroom with a fridge and kettle and a conservatory with sofa and television. Also a South facing outside patio area to yourselves.
