This delightful charismatic late eighteenth century property is situated right in the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon, a 3 minute walk to the town centre and Shakespeare's birthplace, and a 10 minute walk to the Royal Shakespear Theatre. It comes with a complimentary resident street parking space. The house can accomodate a total of 8 people. The property has a bathroom with a freestanding bath and also an ensuite toilet/shower room. The staircase to the top 2 bedrooms is quite narrow and steep.

The sitting room is comfortable & cosy with sofas a fire and a TV , a lovely place to unwind. There is a pretty garden which is private and sheltered . We have four bedrooms , one king size bed with en-suite , two doubles and one single and a second bathroom . There is parking for two cars on the drive .

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
