Huset er er sommerhus, i et roligt område tæt på vandkanten, og alligevel kun 15 minutter i bil til Køge, som er en by med både shopping, restauranter, caféer og biograf. Nærmeste lokale restaurant er kun 10 min fra huset (på gåben) . Nærmeste Supermarked ligger 5 min fra huset i bil. Huset har en unik opvokset have, hvor du er helt uforstyrret pga. de store træer. Haven er indhegnet. Der er en trampolin og en stor græsplæne. Der er 3 værelser (2 af dem hænger sammen)
