The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Located just 5 mins from I-95 , this quaint cottage sits on 6 acres with private deck, firepit & large back yard in a peaceful, country location. Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. King bed in master, 3 TV's, coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. We use 100% cotton sheets and quilts for your maximum sleeping comfort. NOTE- OUR COTTAGE IS NOT TO BE USED AS A VENUE FOR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON OUR PROPERTY ($200 fine!)

Enjoy a beautiful and fun stay at the farm and get to know over 100 rescued farm animals! 60 acres and only about 5 miles from Backwoods quail club and river landing. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.

Only 17 miles to Myrtle Beach and 5 miles to Coastal Carolina University. You will have access to the whole home including an open living area with a queen sofa bed, fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths and a laundry room. We cannot wait to have you!
