Borders state forest w/ trails waterfalls, creeks, caves, old growth forest, lookout at summit, 5000 acres of Mt. Toby... Lots of sugar maples - prime location for leaf peeping. Mon/Tues blocked for cleaning, but message if you want a week stay! 5-10 min to Montague Bookmill, Mt Sugarloaf, Historic Deerfield, 15-25 min to Amherst, Northampton, Greenfield.

Other seasonal and year round cabins surround it.If you are NOT looking for a chain hotel this is a great space, it has upgrades like mini splits, but it is a cabin and is for the nature lover who enjoys the area, the lake, the quiet and proximity to Brimfield Markets, Sturbridge Village, Tree House etc . Ellis -Lakeside Cabin on Beach Pond with Sauna

"Ellis" is a fully heated/winterized camp cottage built in the 1960's by the students of Ellis Tech. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 5. The detached bunkhouse has 3 single beds and is available for larger groups (summer only) Very peaceful lakeside location just 238 feet from Beach Pond. Walking distance to trails. Enjoy the quintessential lakeside vacation! This is not a secluded space so make sure to look at the photos to see the layout of other nearby buildings. Please read all the details!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.
