Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. Great for a couples getaway, friends weekend, or some quality time with the family.

Relax in your own private space in the mountains of New Hampshire! Our renovated apartment is clean, cozy and great for relaxing after a long day of hiking, skiing, or snowmobiling. We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains, this 19th century farmhouse has been a destination for hikers, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts since 1899. The "Milk Rooms" are comprised of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom on the ground floor. We are 10 minutes from Cannon mountain, 30 minutes from Loon and 25 minutes from the Ice Castles.
