Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Conveniently located just minutes from I-81 and I-26 in northeast Tennessee. Home is all on one level and is about 90% handicap accessible. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two living rooms (one with a pull-out sofa). Dining room seats 8, eat-in kitchen seats 4. Huge screened porch with seating for 12+. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, which is very family friendly.

Come on over and enjoy the peace + quiet that awaits you in your own funky little 2 bdr/1bath cottage on our 25 acre working farmstead. Our brood of chickens are ready to provide you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast (if season permits) as you enjoy a cup of coffee. Farm tours to meet our fluffy Scottish highland cows, our donkeys, and our adorable rescue goats are available for purchase and are based on our availability.
