An easy 5 mile drive to Las Vegas Strip, only 10 miles to Red Rock recreation area and numerous golf courses just a few miles away. The home is in beautiful shape and is very comfortable for family gatherings. There is also a beautiful covered patio area with a gas or charcoal grills as well as an outdoor dining table.
