Very well positioned in Mill Park, close to hospitals, top schools and shopping centres as well as the Rugby stadium and Newton Park swimming pool, we have 3 bedrooms en-suite with private entrances and set in a lovely colourful garden courtyard. We are positioned in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk to Grey school and very close to St Georges and Greenacres hospitals. Ideal for a family of 4 - 6 or group of friends. We are very close to lovely restaurants and have easy access to the main highways.

We are within walking distance of several fast food outlets, Spar and Checkers. For the traveling executive there is a suitable work station that allows you to be productive while you travel.
