This amazing home is located in a small, very quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from bus stop, lake, hiking trails and rec path. The large deck overlooking the lake, Ten Mile range and Gore range will without a doubt, change your experience of the mountains! Much of the house is newly remodeled. The back yard is national forest with tons space. Kitchen & dining area are massive; with very light traffic from roommates. All of summit county has amazing views, but this is one of a kind!

My home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge. It sits atop a hill with a huge deck and balcony that offer amazing views of Breckenridge Resort and the 10-mile range. The Lower Flume Trail, and network of connecting trails, is less than a third mile walk from the house and allows for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing. Also just a short walk away is a stop for the free bus that drops off at the base of the Breckenridge Gondola.

Ski Season Has Begun!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. This compact, 100 sq. ft. interior room at The Viking Lodge offers a no-frills, budget-friendly option for guests seeking simplicity and comfort. Although windowless, the room is designed to provide a quiet and restful retreat after a day of exploring. The room includes a comfortable full sized bed (smaller than a queen - bigger than a twin), flat-screen Tv, mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Please note, this room does not have air conditioning, but a fan is provided for your comfort.

This spacious condominium is beautifully appointed and give you plenty of room to spread out. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms , accommodates up to 8 people. The master bedroom has king size bed and private bathroom; the second bedroom has 2 double beds; the living room has a fireplace, spacious dining area, queen size sofa bed; the kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and granite counter. There are washer and dryer. High speed Internet free. Cable TV in each area.

Craftsman Retreat Home, 10 beds & large office

Relax with the whole family, pets too in this three-level home located in the quiet, Peak 7 neighborhood of Breckenridge, CO. The 1,530 square foot home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The split level layout enables privacy, yet permits a social setting. Many hiking trails right out the front door and located only a couple miles from Breckenridge's world famous ski resort and a short 10 minute drive to historic main street!

Hotel Room - Queen Bed - Downtown Winter Park, Co

Viking Queen Rooms are larger than the Economy Doubles but not quite as big as a standard hotel room. All these rooms have a private bath, small Tv, all have windows, some with a view, some not so much. These rooms are at least on the 2nd floor of the building, we do not have an elevator. We do not have A/c either, but we do have free fans. If you have any location requests let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
