The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Relax with the whole family at this comfy, newly renovated from top to bottom home. We have lakefront access on a very quiet road. The house has all the comforts needed to relax, enjoy and make memories. Our back deck leads to the grill and down the steps to the grass area. walk 20 steps to the water. Brand new kitchen and appliances allow for easy meal prep. Central AC and heat, smart TV's in all the bedrooms, dedicated space for work, paddle boat, 2 paddle boards & fantastic views!

Our unique lodging is designed to provide a relaxing experience for 2-4 guests, with a focus on minimizing our environmental impact and supporting local ecological farming. (There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
