With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. Great for a holiday, romantic getaway or business. It has an expansive view of Lyttelton from the deck and the spa pool, perfect for relaxing in the evening as it catches the afternoon sun. It is the bottom floor of a 3 story house, fully self contained with external access and locked off from the rest of the house, with private/exclusive use of the deck and spa pool in front. All linen, towels, soap&shampoo, complimentary food and bottle of champagne included. Includes Smart TV with Netflix.

With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

Book your relaxing get away in our close to town rural setting poolhouse. A high end, contemporary Poolhouse detached from our family home. You can enjoy your very own space on our lifestyle property. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset on your very own private deck. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.' Enjoy close access to ski fields, wedding venues and the Christchurch CBD

Beachside Shack and hot tub

Newly renovated self contained cottage minutes from the beach, shops and walks. The Shack has had a new lease of life and sits at the back of your hosts house. You have your own entrance and privacy, a spa to soak in and your own courtyard to watch the sunset. Comes with a friendly dog too! A 2 minute walk to watch the sunrise on the beach or the same to watch the sunset over Christchurch. Markets , hot pools, supermarket and shops 15 min walk. Bus stop to city also close. Perfect!

Staying in a tiny home is an unforgettable experience — and we hope you’ll fall in love with this space just as we have. Please note: The spa is closed for the season from December 1 to February 28.

Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood on our Somerfield property, we are close to the city and the hills so you'll have the best Ōtautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. Outside there is a private deck with outdoor furniture and a spa.
