Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit.
