All kitchen utensils and basics Bedding and towels supplied per guest numbers at time of booking We like to give our guests total privacy , and will be contactable via air BnB or phone during your stay Sunshine Beach is best known for its fabulous patrolled sands, the views from the surf club, and a location that offers many access points to Noosa National Park. Noosa’s Main Street and the boutiques of Hastings Street are only a short drive away. Walking distance to beach - 6 mins Walking distance to shops- 5 mins As per google maps app Self check in and check out with use of a lock box for keys Both spa and gardens are maintained weekly . This occurs each Wednesday or Friday for approx an hour and should not disturb guests. Please advise us should you wish for this not to occur during your stay. A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
