Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Beyond the Gates is a recently converted barn offering luxury accommodation in an idyllic semi-rural location just 5 miles from Norwich. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Our lovely 1 bed barn conversion is situated in S.Norfolk village in a beautiful rural area yet only 7 miles to the vibrant city of Norwich! Great for cyclists, a haven for birdwatchers and walkers and only 45 mins to the coast. Full GCH to keep you warm in winter, and a pretty terrace to enjoy al fresco dining in the summer. A fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and drier, with spacious lounge with dining area and cosy ensuite bedroom mean it's a home from home.

River Rest Waterside Norfolk Broads

A firm favourite with past guests and even better now with her fresh new look. Our 2 bedroom River Rest is in a perfect setting at the front of our Marina, a good spot for fishing from the garden and seeing the boats pass by on their way to and from the River Yare. This quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board. Local boat & canoe hire is possible. Explore the Norfolk Broads and moor right outside of your cosy lodge!
