The spacious 50 sqm (internal & external) courtyard studio has private and separate entry from a quirky Surry Hills laneway. Visitors descend down a short flight of steps into a stunning secret courtyard enclosed by tall white walls - remnants of a warehouse. Bifold doors lead into the generous living area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater sofa bed (converts to king single bed), leather butterfly chair, flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix) and dining table and chairs. Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

There is no parking spot available with this property - only on street parking as available. Due to the internal stairs we don't recommend guests with young children or elderly.

A home away from home Located in Sydney CBD in Hyde Park Plaza - on the corner of Oxford st. and College st. Next to museum train station. You could not get a better location in the city. 333 bus to bondi , bottle shop, cafes just downstairs. This one bedroom unit is offering a really comfortable stay with excellent views. Perfect for business or a few nights' stay away to recharge but be aware of city noise ! If you have any requests please don’t hesitate to let me know.

“The Pavilion End”, while only a short walk from the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and the Allianz Stadium, is a spacious, yet cosy, apartment surrounded by all that Paddington has to offer. This is an ideal spot for easy access to restaurants, cafes, bookshops, galleries, cinemas, Oxford Street, designer clothes shops, Centennial Park, St. Vincent’s Hospital , The Entertainment Quarter and public transport to Bondi Beach, the City/Opera House, harbour ferries and elsewhere.

Located in one of most sought area, Surry Hills, where Art, Bars, Sydney Best Restaurants&Cafes are around. This two level terrace house has two bedrooms and can accommodate comfortably up to 4 people. The house is in a heritage area. My place includes private car space and gives quick access to all of Sydney's culture within walking distance to Central Station, CBD, and Chinatown perfect for a group of people up to 4, but not suitable for very young kids or pets.

Super quiet, ultra convenient, walk to everywhere location, this apartment provides the ultimate Paddington pad handy to Oxford St shops & restaurants, Centennial Park, historic pubs, the SCG, Allianz Stadium & a 30 min easy walk to the CBD. Tucked away to the rear of the building with a northerly aspect, it is very quiet, private and bathed in natural light.
