The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is the largest of our guest rooms and is located on the second floor of the Main House. It features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and vaulted ceilings. We are offshore and just 45 min. - 1hr (depending on traffic) to the ocean and the same to the Chesapeake Bay. If you are travelling North or South through Delaware, we are just 7/10 of a mile off Route 13. There is plenty of parking space, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. You can relax in our lawn swing and enjoy our peaceful lake in the back yard. We are a friendly couple who are retired and enjoy sharing our home and experiences with others.

The 2 bedrooms are a spa-romantic style in one bedroom (new queen!) and an elegant travel feel in the other (queen). This is a one-floor, private suite with a separate entrance. Full bathroom and simple galley-style kitchen. I am nestled a half a mile off of a secondary road on a ten-acre wooded lot. Lots of wildlife and extremely peaceful, a perfect getaway!

It is a spacious first floor unit with large rooms and high ceilings filled tastefully with vintage American furniture. The condominium is a short three block walk to downtown Lewes with its excellent restaurants and shops, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Cape Henlopen State Park.
