This adorable beach cottage is in walking distance to all that Midway has to offer, including restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Midway movie theater, Dunkin Donuts, Acme, Surf Bagel, Panera Bread, 1776 Steakhouse, Marshalls, Midway Speedway and Water Park, and more, are all just within a 10-minute walk. NOTE - this cottage is an upper-level, detached garage apartment. The primary house is owner-occupied.

Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Full bathroom and simple galley-style kitchen. I am nestled a half a mile off of a secondary road on a ten-acre wooded lot. Lots of wildlife and extremely peaceful, a perfect getaway!

My cottage is welcoming to travellers meant to envelope visitors in coziness. Located 3 miles from Cape May - Lewes ferry , the bay , ocean and historic town of Lewes. It’s one minute east of route one , close Tanger outlets & public bus system to use to diminish the frustration of parking spot hunting. FYI: I am a Lyft driver if you would like to use my services.
