You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Private hot tub! Please note that there is an additional charge of £20 per pet per stay. Note 3 night minimum. dogs must not scare any sheep, horses.

The cabin Great Bowden , is a modern design using UK cedar wood to help sustainability, with all amenities on your door step. Great to escape and relax. Separate/to the side of the main house in a fabulous central location of Great Bowden. We provide complimentary tea and coffee , with Nespresso Machine , Toaster and Kettle along with a small fridge and a smart Samsung TV and microwave. And when its hot!! we have a Dyson cooling fan. We allow 1 small dog there is a fee of £10 for the duration

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Beautiful, recently renovated, detached stone cottage. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with king sized bed the other twin zip and link beds, which can be used as a double if requested. Modern fully fitted kitchen diner and separate lounge. Free Wifi. Owners, Gill and Greg Harker live on site. Car parking for two cars. Stretton is 7 miles from Rutland Water, 8 miles from Oakham and 9 miles from Stamford and Burghley. Next door is the Jackson Stops Inn, which unfortunately has closed recently.

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment. Our Cosy Cottage of Hearts! If you need a place to come and totally chill out then this is the place, Haselbech is a peaceful village where you can walk, cycle and explore all day long! OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.
