There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. DIRECTLY ON the crystal clear waters of the Ichetucknee River, the Riverfront Retreat is a beautiful rustic home and the perfect place to find peace, rest & relaxation. Private viewing platform with floating dock right on the water. 4 Bedrooms & sleeps 9 with ping pong & foosball and is perfect for almost any group. We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. After 5 guests, $25 per person, per day.

The Blue House

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

The Hidden Palms

Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.
