This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

My place is 1.7 miles from Ginnie Springs known for great diving, tubing, canoeing and swimming. It is located on the same road as Blue and Poe Springs. Activities for everyone, T.V. in every room, internet provided, drying line for diving suits, large fire pit, washer & dryer. corn toss, horse shoes, and tubes provided Ring outside security doorbell . It is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups . SMOKING OUTSIDE ON FRONT AND BACK PORCH ONLY NEVER INSIDE

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.
