This Swedish country side house is a retreat to be in. It is the perfect place to relax close to nature. It has a wooden stove, nice open kitchen, living room and bedroom with glas doors that open to a big terras with private garden. The bedroom has a big double bed and a possibility for a child bed. There is a very comfortable bathroom with bath. Beautiful forests, lakes, playground, bakery (open on fridays), and regenerative veggie farm are just around the corner. PN: Limited public transport

Trevligt boende intill Mörrumsån

Ett nyrenoverat boende för upp till 6 personer på gård vid Mörrumsån. Lägenheten finns i en äldre ladubyggnad och här finns två sovrum på övre plan, med vardera två 90 cm breda sängar. Nedervåningen innehåller ett badrum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt kombinerat vardagsrum och kök. Köket är utrustat med kyl och frys, micro samt ugn och spis. I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för ytterligare två sovplatser. Från köket finns utgång direkt till uteplats med grillmöjlighet och utemöblemang.

Escape to a charming cottage surrounded by nature and just a short bike ride from Mörrum train station. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a peaceful retreat close to water and walking trails. The cottage sleeps 3–4 guests and features comfortable 160 cm double bed and sofa bed for 1–2 guests, dining area, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Small but well-equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. WC and shower. No fishing allowed.

Are you ready to leave the noise behind and relax in a beautiful log cabin in the southern Småland woods? Here you stay without any neighbors except the mooses, deers and birds of the forest. Close biking distance to several lakes and great adventures. Located 5 min driving to a convenience store, and approximately 2 hrs driving from Malmö. We recommend staying here as a couple or family, keep in mind the cabin is 25m2 indoors. Welcome to the simple life of the cabin life.

Sjöstugan- vår pärla!

Sjöstugan- vår pärla precis vid sjökanten! Eget hus med sovloft, kök, vackert stort rum med braskamin och utsikt över sjön. Vedeldad bastu med dopp i sjön precis intill. Spabad på bryggan- alltid varmt. Badbrygga 5 meter utanför dörren. Tillgång till båt. Om ni vill köpa fiskekort, kontakta värd. Ved till baskamin och bastu ingår. Gården är inhägnad hela vägen till sjön och vår Beagel hund Vide är ofta lös ute. Han är snäll. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår.

Lillstugan

Välkomna till vår Lillstuga i södra Hoka. Stugan ligger på vår gård och precis vid Långasjön. Stugan omges av hästhagar och vårt eget privata boende. (Ena bilden är på vårt privata boende). Här finns tillgång till strand, brygga, fiskebåt och badflotte. I stugan finns en bäddsoffa. Stugan är utrustad med en portabel induktionshäll, kyl, frys , köksredskap, bestick, tallrikar och glas. I stugan finns det en luftpump som ger både värme och kyla. Husdjur ej tillåtna!

Charmig villa med trädgård uthyres i centrala Svängsta, med närhet till naturen. Endast 500 m till Hundsjön och Svängsta badplats. 600 m till Mörrumsån, känd för sitt fina kronlaxfiske. Ca 12 km till Karlshamn, 20 km till Norje (Sweden Rock) och 1000 m till närmaste livsmedelsbutik. incheckningen är flexibel så ni kan kamma när ni vill efter kl. 15.00. Nice house in Linneryd near the Lake & the Forest

Stay comfortable in a typical Swedish house from a small village where you can enjoy Swedish nature, Småland lake and Kronoberg forest 🌲🫎 🎣 Mattress are new :-) Some precision on equipment : Barbecue is miniature. Computer screen for working is 22". Ink printer is available but the ink may be paying. Maintenance on bikes is not garanted. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs but the bath is in the basement.

Rural back yard house

Quiet and pleasant location in a rural environment. Three kilometers from the center of Karlshamn, three kilometers to the beach. The house is surrounded by fields and forest areas with mountain bike loops and opportunities for nice walks. Patio with barbecue facilities and west-facing balcony. The house is close to the host family's residential building, but with limited visibility and separate patios.
