Tóftir is a peaceful cosy horse farm situated on the south coast of Iceland, near Stokkseyri and Selfoss. There are small lakes on the property with diverse birdlife and planes of green grass. There is a spectacular 360 degree view to the mountains and glaciers when the weather is good and clear. You can see a lot of sky the horizon and the sea. The farm feels reclusive but is very close to service with the small town Selfoss just a 15 minute drive away.

Lakeside cabin on private property with access to the lake and permit to fish from the beachfront. Surrounded by stunning nature and forest, a playground for children, and lots to explore in the surrounding areas. The hot tub seen in the picture is not in working order, it is being connected in the fall 2026. It can currently be used with firewood, but you have to bring it yourself (or collect firewood in the forest. There is a saw in the little shack)
