A lovely studio apartment suitable for a couple or a small family with a beach 50 meters away (2 min walk!). Equipped with a kitchenette and private toilet, one bed and one additional pull-out bed, a garden with a grill and dining table, private parking. Located in a peaceful village between towns Zadar and Biograd, where you can find all the neccesary amenities (shops, etc.). Great location to set as a base to discover Zadar surroundings - beaches, islands, mountains, picturesque villages...

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
