We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Relax by the sea with an outdoor cedar steam sauna. From 25th may 2026 a new electric vehicle charger ( level 2) is available for use. Two spacious living areas, ideal for families. Explore nearby rock pools, walk to Redbill Beach for a swim or surf, then unwind with views over Waubs Bay by the fire.
