Cottage in private game reserve, Little Karoo

Off grid cottage set in the heart of the Little Karoo within the Touwsberg Nature and Game Reserve. The reserve is well known for it's biodiverse fauna and flora and stunning scenery. Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

This charming cottage, situated in the historical part of Montagu, offers peace and tranquillity. It is separate from the main house and has its own front and very private back garden which makes it ideal for a romantic getaway. The start of several hiking trails is only 350 meters from the cottage making it the perfect base for the more adventurous.

Located in upper McGregor, right on the edge of the Krans reserve with stunning views and easy access to walking trails. A relaxed 10 minute walk to Tebaldis and the main street in town. The property is a newly built standalone small home with off street parking, free WiFi, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and large patio areas to relax and enjoy the view anytime of the day. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.
