Idyllic setting with private hot tub, decking area and gas barbeque to enjoy lovely romantic evenings. Hot tub cleaned between every client with fresh water. Ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking( equipment not provided).

The North St Annex

Our spacious annex is the perfect place for a peaceful nights sleep. Located in the picturesque village of Crowle, surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. Luxurious king size bed, good wi-fi connection, spacious lounge area to relax in, newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath, tea, toast & full kitchen. On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

One bedroom annex over three floors +garden.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. We only accept bookings from people who are staying and have been verified by Airbnb, not from people on behalf of someone else.

The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

The back of the property is surounded by lovely little cottage gardens. You have lovely views of the countryside from the first floor of the property. We have taken a great deal of care and detail to our two-bedroom cottage with the ultimate aim to be able to offer you a wonderful stay.

Alder Cottage is a self contained annex with off street parking set in a peaceful, rural location 100meters from a small nature reserve. Whether you need a good nights sleep or a base for a weekend or short break. This location offers many options for exploring the local area either by walking or cycling. SELBY is 5 miles and York 15 miles away. The annex is a 5minute walk from the village of Hambleton where there are two local pubs one of which has an excellent all day menu.

The Apple Chamber Self Contained Apartment

‘The Apple Chamber’ is a two-bed apartment (double bed and sofa bed) in a delightful 16th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse, situated in the semi-rural village of Hatfield Woodhouse.   In years gone by, the Apple Chamber was the farm’s servant’s quarters as well as being used to store fruit through winter, which is where the name originates. It has now undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to provide modern self-contained accommodation with plenty of character.
