Suburban Beachfront private guesthouse with car space. Airport is 17.5km or 30mins in good traffic. 300m opposite Greenhills Beach. Various entry points, some easier than others. This contemporary and quiet house is located in the prestige suburb of Sylvania Water, Sutherland Shire. Walking distance to Dolton House Sylvania Waters where wedding and functions are hosted. Airport is only 10km away. Miranda Westfield only 10 mins drive.Cronulla beach or Royal national park 20mins. There is an ample lounge with TV and Netflix included. The house has ducted air conditioning. Off street Parking available. Walking to coffee shops and restaurants.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

The Retreat

The space has its own private entry. This one bedroom apartment features an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is a seperate bedroom with a Queen size bed, also there is a fold out sofa bed in the seperate lounge area - kitchenette. Bus stops located 3 minutes away, Cronulla and Hurstville 10 minutes away with trains connecting to the city. Multiple dining just a 2-3 minute walk away, featuring the famous Paul’s Hamburgers, Thai + much more.
