Villa Limhamn - Őrbottyán

We warmly welcome you in our villa with pool, pond panorama. We are baby- and dog-friendly. Our villa is located in the area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake! Our air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, two large terraces awaits guests. Our rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The lake can be reached only 5 minutes by walk. The pool is closed from November to March. In autumn and spring, we heat the water to approx. 20-25°C.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Ha szereted a kihívásokat, ez neked való hely… ha kényelmes vagy, és ez nem jön be, semmi gond!!! Várunk téged jövőre! Dőlj hátra és lazíts ezen a nyugodt, stresszmentes helyen. Konyhánk minden főzéshez szükséges kellékkel felszerelt, óriási családi ebédeket rendezhetünk itt, és jó időben a teraszon terítünk. Forgalommentes zsákutcában, nagy, zöld, családbarát kertünkben házi kedvenceidet is szeretettel várjuk.

The house is accessible by public transport, but carrying a lot of luggage may be challenging.
