Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

Netherwood - North Adams Guest House with Views

Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

Studio In Town, By the Water, Walk to Shops/Campus

Renovated and well-equipped, this home offers a wonderful view of Water Street. If you like the outdoors, descend on the Green River back of the property. The wooded riverbank with Adirondack chairs, and picnic tables is great for relaxing while enjoying your evening sundowners by the fire pit with the sound of the river in the background.

Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

The Hygge Loft- mid-mod cabin on 70 forested acres

The Hygge Loft: a midcentury modern-designed cabin nestled among 70 acres of privately-owned forest with rivers & hiking trails. Enjoy sipping an espresso or wine while listening to vinyl records, cozied up by the wood-burning fireplace. Take a walk in the forest to the river or stargaze by the firepit on the private deck. Indulge in a luxurious bath or snuggle up in the ultra comfy king-size bed with views of treetops and sky all around. It’s the kind of place you’ll never want to leave!

The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

The Hobbit House at June Farms

Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! From June 1 - Labor Day, the bar & restaurant is open most days for you to enjoy (check our calendar to be sure). We look forward to meeting you!

Historic Cozy Cabin Six

Soak up this fully renovated and modernized cabin from the 1920s. We kept and reused many vintage materials and fixtures while expanding its footprint with a new bathroom. This charming cabin has also been re-sited so that it is now in proximity to the former Inn at Oak Hill B&B which affords it shared use of amenities like parking, laundry, and privacy. Many antiques decorate the interior including a beautiful brass bed not to forget the coziest kitchenette in the world!

A cute cozy cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. One queensize bed and 1 pull out couch.. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs at $100 per dog. My cottage sits on 13 privately owned acres. Partially fenced in 3 miles down the road from Jiminy Peak ski resort & summer activities and a short drive to Ramblewild adventure park. Hiking, boating, museums, shopping, restaurants- all sorts of activities in the Berkshires. Two minute ride to Bloom Meadows!
