Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Avangard, a unique building on the border of the Kadriorg and City Centre districts, was originally built in 1911 as a rental place for Tallinn’s high society. Loft"Black & Red" with modern comforts is located on 3rd floor of the building. Big window is directly located to the south and this brings lot of sunlight into the apartment. There is small kitchen with fridge and electric stove, bathroom with shower and WC, sleeping area is located on the second level (room height 1.60m).
