A spacious suite in a new architect designed home set in extensive gardens on a 1.5 acre property located in Mount Tamborine’s dress circle. Mount Tamborine is a stunning environment, on top of the range 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast. At 535m above sea level, the red volcanic soil and a good rainfall ensures a lush environment thrives that is home to a wide range of bird life. The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. Sunset on Handglider Hill over looking Canunga with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. This architect-designed house is set on a 1.5-acre property near Mount Tamborine. The area's red volcanic soil and good rainfall ensure a lush environment for a wide range of birds. The area is also home to vineyards, breweries, and many restaurants.

Hinterland Barn, national park, cafés, restaurants

This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

The Hillside House

The Hillside Retreat in Tambourine Mountain is the ideal getaway with breathtaking views of the Gold Coast and the hinterland, with an outdoor swimming pool, a heated spa, garden and bbq facilities. Enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the mountain with trails to hike, while being a few minutes' drive from the distilleries, wineries, Gallery Walk, Skywalk, National Park, Botanic Garden, fine eateries and a golf course. It's character both inside and out is French/English Country with the added romantic atmosphere generated by its secluded rainforest setting. An excellent place to unwind and is within walking distance to Gallery Walk, the Botanical Gardens, National Parks and numerous quality eating venues. Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.

The Rustic Greenhouse: breakfast and wood provided

A character filled studio attached to the family home with its own entrance. Enjoy the plant filled space while you enjoy a breakfast of fresh bread, eggs from our chickens, cereal, condiments & coffee. At night light the fireplace with the wood provided & soak in the large tub. Take the picnic basket & rug provided, & explore the Mountain. We are located on the Main Road leading into Gallery Walk. If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.

Woolcott Cottage is a romantic, cosy space, designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your loved ones. Enjoy the intimate and historic setting, and the chance to escape reality and soak in the magic. Unwind with a bottle from the local winery in front of the Nectre fireplace. Settle into the day bed and devour a book while listening to a record. Take a wander down the street to the local distillery, or sit on the deck and take in the birds playing in the bird bath.
