Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests.  Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.
