The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Conveniently located, 15min walk to Caterham town centre (many good restaurants & cafés) & London train line (zone 6). By car junction 6 off the M25 & only 1/2 hour drive from Gatwick Airport. Relax & unwind in this light & airy space. The Meadows is set in a secluded & sunny spot with own driveway, with views of sheep fields opposite. There are French doors from the bedroom & lounge onto the large secluded patio with table, chairs & lounger. It’s a 10 minute drive to Lingfield racecourse. Gatwick 20 mins. Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

The Barn

Boutique Barn in quiet rural location, separate to main house, with off-street parking and own entrance. Very comfortable accommodation with living/dining room, separate kitchen with combination microwave oven and a ceramic hob for preparing simple meals and coffee machine. Situated in excellent location surrounded by National Trust land with its excellent country walks. Local pubs for all-day dining within easy distance. Easy access to Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline train station.

Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

2 bedroom detached Annex with secure off-road parking in the Surrey Hills AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty), yet close to the M25. 10min walk to Godstone village and its gastropubs/cafes. 15min drive to Gatwick airport. A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
