The Lair, Kangaroo Valley is situated on 14 acres of pristine bushland. Nestled high it enjoys 180 degrees views into the Valley below. National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

'Kameruka' Rainforest loft, stunning views

Kameruka, perfectly positioned on private property to take in rainforest and views to the south following the coastline past Jervis Bay. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.

Tiny House at Foxground

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
