The Granny on Gloucester

This unique space is a self-contained GrannyFlat “a home within our own home”. Boasting a kitchen with all the amenities & a dining space. Enjoy the lounge area with smart TV, Free WiFi & Netflix is included. A separate spacious bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite awaits your stay, all newly renovated throughout with comfort and ease in mind. Located in Greenmeadows a (15 min DRIVE FROM THE CITY CENTRE). Secure off street parking & your own entrance allows for added privacy during your stay.

Spacious Sanctuary in Ahuriri

Located in Ahuriri, a boutique area which has a cinema, Post Office, shops, bus route, parks, restaurants and the beach. The home is spacious, light and clean with comfortable beds (all linen, pillows and towels provided), wheelchair access and a lift if you have problems with mobility. With large garage, 2 bicycles for the nearby cycle path, spacious garden, every amenity and laundry facilities. This well located home is great for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Boutique Stay: Urban chic with country views

Welcome to Boutique Stay, a newly renovated cosy guest suite for that comfortable stay away whether for pleasure or business. We are located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Greenmeadows Park Views

This studio has 1 queen bed, it is cosy with a small Kitchenette & Separate bathroom. Across the road is Anderson Park to enjoy. A few minutes walk to Greenmeadows shops, supermarket, cafés, fish & chips, Indian, Thai, pizza etc. A few minutes drive by car to: Church Road Winery & Mission Winery. We will supply tea, coffee and milk only. (no breakfast supplied) * There is NO oven so unfortunately NO cooking facility apart from a normal microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Light Breakfast & Super-King Comfortable Bed

Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale, Napier, and a 10-minute easy walk to the village & in close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel Reserve is on our doorstep with several walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

Cabbage Tree Corner

Welcome to Cabbage Tree Corner, a cozy and private resting spot. The beautiful tī kōuka (cabbage tree) guides you into this peaceful one-bedroom sleepout which is perfect for work trips, events, or exploring the Hawke's Bay region. Centrally located and easily accessible, it features its own entrance off a shared driveway, offering both convenience and privacy. Unwind in quiet surroundings and enjoy a relaxing stay in our peaceful, well-located space.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.

451 Marine Parade - Sea &Sun

Stylish small apartment. Expansive views of the foreshore park, sea and walking and biking path. Watch the sun rise from the sea, or relax at the end of the day with a wine and watch the activitiy in the park. Netflix provided. Walking distance to the city cafes and restaurants. Free, unrestricted parking on the roadside, usually right outside the apartment. Plenty of secure space for your bikes downstairs.

Bright, airy, & spacious modern 1 bedroom guest flat attached to a family home. It is private with your own entrance and off road parking area for 1-2 cars. Well situated in a quiet residential area of Taradale, not far off SH2 so getting into the city centre, & visiting Hastings / Havelock North is quick & easy. Its own fully equipped kitchen and laundry make the flat perfect for a full home from home experience.

A little bit of country on the city's doorstep

Lovely clean, modern, private, self contained studio located close to Taradale and an easy drive to Napier, Hastings or Havelock North. It has it's own dedicated entrance with self check-in and parking as well as a pretty outdoor space to relax in. The shower is hot with brilliant pressure and the bed is super comfortable, probably two of the most important requirements when travelling.
