Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious 3-bedroom home tucked away on a back section in a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect for families, groups, or professionals, it features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 single bed, and 2 bathrooms. A porta-cot is also available if required. Just a 5-minute walk to the lagoon, hockey turfs, and river, and a short drive to the CBD and Massey University. Off-street parking is available for a couple of cars. We also live next door if there are any problems.

Location Location

"Location Location" is a charming cottage built in the 1950's and relocated to the rear section in the 1970's. In early 2024 she received a makeover which included a totally new kitchen and updated bathroom. She was then furnished through out. The cottage is extremely private, and we a lucky that our neighbors are private and quiet. Some of the cottage charm extends outside to a private and sunny courtyard shaded by native trees and a Tui who visits most days.
