"Whispering Pines" rural escape

Enjoy a relaxing country escape in our self-contained, 3 bedroom house set amongst mature pine trees. Just 2 hours drive from Sydney, a little over 1 hour from Canberra and 15 minutes north of Goulburn, the split 3-level house is situated on our 65 acre hillside property. A great place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the fresh air exploring the natural surroundings or stay indoors for a game of pool by the fireplace.Perfect for a short stopover whilst travelling or a longer getaway!

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

The whole group will enjoy this comfortable, spacious and unique home. On a rural setting, this historic home is located only 5 km from the center of Goulburn, and less than 2 hours from Sydney. You will love this peaceful country escape, surrounded by farm animals and native wildlife. There is free on-site parking with enough space for large trailers out of public view. At the rear of the house is the "Tool Shed" (people cave) which guests are welcome to use as well.
