Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Det ligger centralt, tæt på busser, metro og toget som alle kører direkte til København og Københavns lufthavn på kort tid. Der er forskellige handle muligheder indenfor 3-10 min gang. Ellers ligger shoppingcenteret Fields som har restauranter, butikker, biograf mv. kun 20 min væk på gåben. Royal Arena ligger også en kort gåtur væk. Bussen kører også til begge disse steder.
