Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Sea Peeks

Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).

The Rose Cottage • romantic & rustic getaway

This hand built wooden cottage has plenty of character and flair. Constructed of wooden joinery, wooden weather boards, hardwood bench top. Nestled in the trees giving you complete privacy, but being soon close to town. The Rose Cottage is located only 10 min from the city centre, about 20 min to the Mount, 20 min to Bayfair Shopping Centre and 10 min to Tauranga Crossing it's about 10 min away from Tga Hospital and about 7 min to Bethlehem Town Centre Fernland Spa Pool 2 min driving

Seaside Chalet Papamoa

Bach in Mount Maunganui near Tay Street. Walk to the beach and swim and surf in the Pacific ocean. Or stroll to a cafe for brunch. Blake Park( sport) is nearby. Mauao and Mount shops are a 20 minute walk. All day sun, it is fenced and private with a deck and outdoor space for relaxing in a peaceful setting. Room to park your car and the boat. Pet friendly. A 1980’s house, now used as a Bach. Laid back and cosy but has all the amenities you need for your stay.

The Woolshed

Welcome to our rustic 'Woolshed', which was once upon a time exactly that. In 2017 Ricky & Micaela renovated the woolshed into the countryside retreat it is now, located in the Papamoa Hills with beautiful views, nestled in nature on a lifestyle block.
