A few minutes walk from Rustaveli Av. and Freedom Square, a bus stop to/from the airport, two metro stations.

Tiny studio for 1-3 (a couple or a couple with a kid). The house is modern, the district is old. Close to the very heart of Tbilisi (900 meters to the Sulfur baths). The house is in a quiet, calm place. Nice view from a balcony, free parking.
