We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Heat pump for controlled heating summer and winter. 6 kms to restaurants,shops. Many good surf beaches near bye. Estuary for boating.

Just a stone's throw from the glorious, white sandy, Ding Bay at the northern end of Langs Beach. Safe swimming, rock pools and endless beach activities. Unobstructed views out to the Hen and Chicken Islands and Sail Rock. Enjoy the stunningly beautiful coastal walk from Waipu Cove to Ding Bay, an absolute must. 2km from Waipu Cove, 12km from Waipu, 15km from Mangawhai township. Great local cafes, galleries, markets and golf courses. .
