I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. Studio Nico is located city side midway between the CBD and Newtown. Within walking distance. Hospital (10 mins), Massey University (3 mins), Basin Reserve (3 mins) and Te Papa (14 mins). Cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Suitable for Hospital and Massey University visitors. We provide homemade muesli, cornflakes, milk, yoghurt and NZ seasonal fruits. For long term (1 week or more) guests an initial breakfast pack will be supplied.

Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
