New, spacious (36sqm) loft with stunning outlook to The Remarkables mountain range. The open space includes a king bed, a king single bed plus trundle, feather couches, dining table and ensuite bathroom. It also features a 4k Smart TV, fast wifi internet, bar fridge and microwave. No kitchen. The alpine loft is private and has its own private entrance/patio as well as abundant natural light. Situated in Hanleys Farm, it’s close driving distance to local shops, cafes, airport and attractions.

Modern Stay in Cromwell - self check in

This 1 bedroom apartment is located above our garage. You will have the place completely to yourself, including a separate lounge area and bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a heat pump to keep you cozy in Winter and cool in Summer. Unlimited Wifi is also included. This is a great location, only a 20min walk into town via greenway. Please note the stairs are located in the garage and are a bit steep. We will not use the garage while you are staying with us for complete privacy.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway perched at the start of a popular mountain bike & walking tracks directly outside your door. Nestled in beautiful Cashmere hills you will find this stunning standalone studio. Very spacious. SK bed. Bus at the gate to go to chch bus depot in the middle of the city. A very short 10min walk to One Arena. The Adventure park, a short 10min drive. 2 outdoor areas. Very well equipped kitchenette. TV with Netflix and TV nz on demand and Utube. 10 min walk to cafes. Beautiful walks around the river and lots of walks and bike tracks from Victoria Park at the top of the hill.

The Loft is a stand alone unit above the carport. It has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed the can sleep an additional two people. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a good hot water supply. The Loft has a good WiFi connection and a TV with all the Freeview channels. The ingredients for a rich continental breakfast will be delivered to you which you can prepare in the kitchenette and enjoy at your leisure.

This new studio unit is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac but only 6 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes drive to the carpark at Coronet Peak! This cosy retreat is ideal for the single traveller or couple. Views are to the back of the property across to Arthurs Point but privacy is ensured with the lovely trees on the property.
