Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

The modest three bedroom home is set on 25 private acres positioned within a nature corridor that connects Wallingat National Park to Myall Lakes National Park. Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes and Smith Lake, Cellito & Sandbar are within 10-15 minutes and Blueys, Elizabeth & Boomerang Beach, Wallis Lake & Booti Booti National Park are within 20 minutes.

In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
